Hey, in case anyone was wondering how to invite, here's how:

1. Log into your blog
2. Go to customize
3. Go to Settings
4. Go to permission (Top Left Tab)
5. Enter e-mail addresses
6. Click Add Authors
7. Click Invite

You may want to e-mail the person personally just so they know what it is so they know what to do.
